I've been there three times lately and I will go back. The menu choices were appealing and the food was fresh. I got the upgraded prime burger twice, which was worth it. The wait staff is a little sluggish and the host did not welcome us when we came in, so there was some confusion among the people waiting whether or not he had noticed them. But all in all, it was good and for a decent price.

So my husband took me here for an early mothers day lunch... We were seated quickly and put our drink orders in quickly. We then put our food orders in, only to find out about 10 minutes later (while we thought our food was being prepared) that they didn't have what my husband ordered which was clearly on the menu... how else would he get that item? After that what we think was the manager came over to tell us about it and then our waitress came back and rudely said "ohh so you got the news huh?"... there was absolutely no remorse for them not having the item that was on THEIR menu. The staff was rude. Needless to say, we won't be going back.

I have not tried this place in a while, but we gave it a shot because of the salad bar. Mixed reviews from the family. I loved my meal. New Orleans Shrimp or something like that. It was great. Everyone else said their meals had no flavor and needed salt & pepper to eat the food. My son had to put hot sauce on the jalapeño pretzel burger. OUCH! The biscuits were better as well. Like I said...mixed review.

My wife was out of town for a few days so dinner was on me. I don't know why I chose Ruby Tuesdays but I did, oh yes I remember Outback Steakhouse was packed. Ruby Tuesday's had a good crowd also but there was room at the bar. Sarah the bartender was slammed but didn't miss a beat, polite, fast courteous service, she is also quite funny. Made me feel right at home, I ordered the fish tacos and they were outstanding. Definitely will be back and I will bring my wife.

Every time I've been here, service has been slow. It doesn't make a difference wether it's happy hour or dead inside, it's always slow. Not necessarily unpleasant just sluggish. Food is average. Nothing special. Same goes for the drinks. RT's is a good place for a drink and an appetizer on a budget but don't expect outstanding service or an amazing meal. It's clean and a good place to go as plan b when your first choice is busy. All in all, I find Ruby Tuesdays to be a solid 3 stars: just plain old average.

Excellent Easter meal of tilapia and potatoes. But the 5 star rating comes from exemplary service! After the meal someone in our party lost her wallet and Lianne gave it to the manager who locked it in the safe overnight! All the money and cards were still in the wallet! Thank you Ruby Tuesday!

Id give more stars because most of out food was good; however, I hate waiting for a check for more than 15 mins. No acknowledgement whatsover!!! You honestly make your customers feel like they are being held hostage. Next time I get a coupon I'm trashing it! The only reason I came here is someone in my group was craving a burger, this place should not be busy...the food is good, but it's not amazing! Also, if you love your children and I'm sure you do please don't order the burgers for them!!! They were grissly and fatty disgusting cheap cuts. My husband didn't complain about his so I'm sure they save the cheap cuts for kids to cut costs...shame shame shame on you! Also, a couple behind us was chatted up by waitstaff/mgrs like they were the king and queen! They easily were seated 45 mins after us and were done eating before we got our check. They must have been regulars here and I even heard them complain! I'm ashamed of myself for going to chain restaurants like this. I'm done, this was your last chance RT!!!

Wonderful wine selection....nice food offering....salad bar fresh as expected! Had the hickory chicken...moist, tender chicken breast. Hubby had the NY strip and loved it. Sat at the comfy bar, watched the game and had Alicia for our bartender....great assist! Sherece really has her act together and keeps the team moving!

It's tough to get good food when you're trying to make time on a long trip up the East Coast. We planned to stop somewhere around Daytona, but, naive West Coasters that we were, we didn't think of Bike Week. Bikers all up and down I-95, which is a great thing to see and hear, but probably not the best thing for getting good service at a restaurant - I mean, are you going to serve the nice couple from out of town or a group of bikers? Yeah, if you know what's good for you, the tough, tattoed guys go first. So we pressed on and had dinner a little farther north. Ruby Tuesday is just OK. The garden bar is fairly healthy, the avocado quesadilla was a little greasy, but what did you expect? I thought the service was fine and friendly - don't know about the other reviewer here, but our server was polite and attentive.

New menu options!!! Portions perfect! Now Salad bar is included as part of meal for many. GREAT service tonight. Only thing that is keeping me from giving it a full 5 stars--bathroom does not have a changing table! You have a kids menu--so I would think family restaurant--need a changing table.

Dinner last night was very disappointing, food was dry and over cooked, service only marginal. Since they charge more then Wendy's I expected the food to be better.

Getting your employees to be nice and attentive can be hard, so I forgive questionable service. Running a large restaurant kitchen is extremely difficult, so I am generally forgiving of minor mistakes. Cleanliness? That's easy, so when I walk up to a buffet and grab what's supposed to be a clean plate, only to end up with a handful of BBQ sauce, I'm done. I don't think I've had a single experience there that didn't involve some complication. I do NOT recommend this place at all.

Our food was not so good, if I'm honest. The potatoes tasted "old" as though they had been made a day or two ago and microwaved. Fish was overcooked and rubbery. Everything was overpriced. We won't be back.
